Later that day I started thinking about how most people are willing to give someone a dollar or more when asked.  People really do have a giving heart when they think someone really does need it.  I also started thinking about how we all have things that we dream about being able to do or have but do not have the money to realize those dreams. 

 

I started thinking that, just the way I was happy to help that man in a very small way that day, alot of people would be happy to help someone make one of their dreams come true. 

Even if you only gave a dollar or two to help somone with a life long dream, I think most people would gain some joy or satisfaction knowing that in a small way they helped make  someone's dream come true.

 

I began to think about the one dream I have had since I was a kid.  From the time i can remember, I have always wanted to have a beach house.  My family had a tradition of going to the beach for one week every summer.  We rarely had any other vacations but that one week in the summer was always a sure thing.  I always looked forward to that one week when we rented a beach house and we were all together as a family.  The memories I have are some of the best growing up.

 

 Looking back,  I realize we didnt have much money at all, but that was the one thing that we were able to look forward to every summer.  The only reason I have ever wanted a beach house is so my family could be together like we used to be growing up.  I am not a person who cares about alot of material things.  A beach house is the only thing I have ever really dreamed about having.

 

I am sure by now you are putting 2 and 2 together and figuring out why I made this website.  I started thinking,, how many people would actually give a dollar or 2 to help make someone's dream come true.  When I began to really think about this, I became very curious and thought I would see what would happen.  

 

I don't know if anyone would even give a dollar but I had to see what would happen.  More than maybe me being able to realize a dream of mine, the most exciting thing would be to see really how many people would be willing to give a little to help a complete stranger's dream come true. 

 

The fact that hudreds or thousands of people would give a dollar or so would prove that  most people are glad to help in some little way.

Who knows what will happen,,  I am just curious to see.  If you do happen to give something,, I will greatly appreciate it.  Maybe I will be able to put a picture of  my beach house on here one day. :-)
